Health and Safety for Stall Holders

Health and Safety is of great importance at public events. We want to keep SFF a safe family event for people to visit, perform, conduct business and, most of all, enjoy themselves.

To do that, we need you to help us.

Below are a few useful documents and guides to make your visit to SFF a safe and enjoyable one

Click HERE to download information about LPG gas use at our event.

Click HERE to download information about using electricity generators at the festival.

Click HERE to download a simple Health and Safety checklist for you to use in preparing for your visit to Spratton Folk Festival.

Please keep revisiting this page to keep yourself updated on the Health and Safety requirements imposed by Daventry District Council, the Health and Safety Executive, our nominated Safety Officer and other relevant parties as the date of our event approaches. If you are any doubt about the Health and Safety considerations relevant to having a stall at a public event, please visit the Health and Safety Executive website, or e-mail your questions to our Festival Team and we will try to answer your query.

Spratton Folk Festival is committed to providing a safe environment for all.
